Orders We accept personal checks and credit cards through PayPal. For more information about how to pay using PayPal, please contact us. Orders paid by check and PayPal will not be processed until payment is received. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. If you request an alternate form of shipping and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with that tracking information after your order has shipped. Return Policy All necklaces and braceletes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Earrings for pierced ears and hair accessories are non-returnable. Pricing Prices listed in the gallery are approximate and are based on the design and materials of the item displayed. Prices will vary from item to item (even for the same model) based on the materials used (and the length of necklaces). All listed earring prices are based on materials for pierced ears; there is an additional cost for non-pierced earrings. For a Price Estimate, please contact us. Please note that all custom orders require a 50% deposit. Discount Policy All discounts will end on the day specified. No exceptions will be made. Discounts apply to pre-made items only. Special orders and custom jewelry discounts are at the discretion of the company. Discounts may not be combined, but a gift certificate may be applied to a discounted purchase. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available upon request. Any remæining amount on a Gift Certificate will be re-issued as a new Gift Certificate. Based on the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate and at the discretion of the company, cash may refunded to the customer in lieu of a new certificate. |
